齐绍洲，武汉大学经济与管理学院世界经济系博士生导师，武汉大学二级教授和珞珈特聘教授，国务院政府特殊津贴专家，欧盟让•莫内讲座教授，教育部经济与贸易教指委委员，教育部新世纪优秀人才。武汉大学气候变化与能源经济研究中心主任，武汉大学欧洲问题研究中心主任。曾赴法国、美国、英国、日本留学访问。主要研究领域为：碳排放权交易、气候变化与国际经济、欧美低碳经济与政策等。
