As a senior researcher Remy Simide leads and contributes to research programs on marine biodiversity assessment, Marine Protected Area monitoring, marine Ecosystem restoration implementation and evaluation, and sustainable aquaculture. Since 2020, he has been leading research on blue Nature based Solutions within a European H2020 consortium called MaCoBioS. His range of expertise in marine science, includes, among others, the relationship between science and stakeholders, biodiversity monitoring, scientific tech-diving methods, coastal and marine Nature based Solution: from design to evaluation.
